Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

We are on the lookout for proactive individuals who excel at resolving customer issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role centers around managing inquiries, complaints, and engagement through chat support, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Roles: As a chat support assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via chat support on a business’s website or social media platforms. Your duties will include answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer service.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This is a fully remote position, with preference given to candidates in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong capability to follow detailed instructions.
  • At least 5 hours of availability per week.
  • A reliable internet connectivity.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability.
