Customer Experience Chat Support (Remote)

We are looking for Customer Experience support specialists who will play a vital role in ensuring customers interact positively with the brands. You will be central to our mission of providing exceptional service through personalized and efficient communication across various channels like email, chat support, and social media.

Roles: As a chat support Agent, you will handle chat support inquiries on behalf of businesses, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions. You will receive thorough training on common customer inquiries and the appropriate responses to ensure you are well-prepared to represent our brand effectively.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This is a fully remote position, ideally for candidates based in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability of 20+ hours per week.
  • A reliable internet connectivity.

Contract Length: No fixed term.
