We’re on the hunt for motivated individuals eager to kickstart their journey in customer service as Entry Level Chat Support Agents. This role, fully remote and designed for newcomers to the field, involves acting as the frontline for businesses in communicating with their customers.
What you will be doing: You’ll be stepping into the role of a customer chat support assistant, helping various businesses connect with their customers. Your tasks will involve managing chat support conversations on behalf of these businesses, addressing both support issues for existing customers and fielding queries from potential new ones. Your mission is to ensure every interaction is handled with care, contributing to superior customer service and support.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have access to a device capable of using social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independent working capability is crucial. You should be able to follow instructions precisely. Availability of 10+ hours per week is required. A reliable internet connectivity is a must.
